Oakshire Holdings LLC is a limited liability company registered in New Jersey. We build and operate ventures across professional services, software, and manufacturing — from advising business owners on growth, to developing custom AI software, to producing precision 3D-printed parts.

Kuma is Oakshire's own AI assistant. It answers questions, surfaces information, and helps a small group of authorized users with everyday tasks — from weather and reminders to research and general questions.
Private and reply-only. Kuma does not send unsolicited, promotional, or marketing messages. It responds only to messages an authorized user sends to it first — every message from Kuma is a direct reply.
Access is arranged individually. There is no public sign-up. Each user is added by Oakshire after giving consent, and only authorized numbers can exchange messages with Kuma.
You stay in control. Authorized users can opt out at any time, and consent is never a condition of anything else.
