A deliberate lab, built to last.
Oakshire Holdings LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company, founded in 2025. At its center is an applied AI lab: we design, build and run our own AI systems, and keep a smaller practice in advisory work, custom software and 3D printing alongside it.
We use state-of-the-art AI to help lead our own research and product development. We build mainly with Claude from Anthropic, alongside models from OpenAI and Google and open models we run on our own hardware.
Whatever the discipline, we favor careful execution, long horizons, and direct relationships over scale for its own sake. That principle shapes how we work with clients, how we build our own products, and how we steward the assets we hold.

Chronicle
A belief-weighting engine: many models' judgments in, calibrated trust out. Every judgment is scored against real outcomes over time, so influence is earned, never assigned. Named for the rings of a tree, where every season leaves its mark.

Front-desk booking software for appointment-based businesses: walk-ins and phone bookings in, one conflict-free live schedule out. Double-booking is blocked at the data layer, and every change reaches the front desk in real time. Integrated online self-booking is next. In pilot in New Jersey.

A structured deliberation engine: one hard question in, a reasoned verdict out. Multiple independent AI perspectives are weighed before any recommendation, and the full reasoning stays on record. Next, it serves as the review gate for Selfwright.

A personal assistant, delivered over text message.
Kuma is Oakshire's own AI assistant. It answers questions, surfaces information, and helps a small group of authorized users with everyday tasks — from weather and reminders to research and general questions.
Private and reply-only. Kuma does not send unsolicited, promotional, or marketing messages. It responds only to messages an authorized user sends to it first — every message from Kuma is a direct reply.
Access is arranged individually. There is no public sign-up. Each user is added by Oakshire after giving consent, and only authorized numbers can exchange messages with Kuma.
You stay in control. Authorized users can opt out at any time, and consent is never a condition of anything else.
